How would Anyone Learn Remote Viewing?

What is remote viewing? It’s a psychic ability that lets you see people, places and objects even though you can’t actually ’see’ them with your physical eyes. That is, you can’t see them by normal means, but you can use your psychic ability, which is innate, and train it to see things even though you’re not actually there physically to see them with your eyes.

Don’t mistake remote viewing as being the same as an out-of-body experience. Astral travel, or out-of-body experience, is where you travel incorporeally in spirit form to view a place or an event.

In contrast to astral travel, remote viewing is a kind of psychic dowsing. That is, the remote viewer is using his or her psychic power to be able to see locations not visible to the physical eye. In other words, someone doing remote viewing is using a kind of ESP to ’see’ what is happening within a given location.

All humans have a form of latent psychic ability that was never developed fully when we were young. Considering that most of us only ever use around 10% of our brain’s capacity, there’s another 90% of dormant brainpower left untapped and untrained that we aren’t quite sure what to do with.

Imagine having the capacity and skill to be able to simply ’see’ your children at a moments notice and know that they’re safe even if you’re not there physically with them. This can give you security and peace of mind that is simply invaluable.

Remote viewing is different than other kinds of psychic abilities because anyone can learn how to do remote viewing. In fact, remote viewing has been studied among non-psychic people, and it’s been shown that once these people could be put into a trancelike state that was sufficient enough, they could indeed do remote viewing exercises and be very accurate with them.

Here are some simple remote viewing techniques you can try on your own:

*Sit comfortably in a quiet place and close your eyes. You should be sure there are no distractions before you begin.

*Close your mouth and breathe deeply through your nose, relaxing as you do so. You may find it easier to control your breathing if you lightly press your tongue to the roof of your mouth. This will also help make it easier to avoid yawning during this phase of the exercise.

*Belief is a key element in your remote viewing success rate. As you descend deeper into your relaxed state, you need to believe that you are capable of seeing people, events, or places that you’ve never physically seen.

*Start your remote viewing exercise by targeting something simple, so that you can show yourself you indeed are capable of this psychic ability. Perhaps you could ‘place’ yourself standing in front of your own currently relaxed self, with your standing self looking backward at your relaxed self. This can be difficult at first, but continue to patiently perform this exercise. Before long, you should be able to see yourself from this objective angle, as others see you. This is wonderfully surprising.

*Once you’ve mastered this exercise and can see yourself from a remote perspective in this way, try something a little bit more far-reaching. For example, maybe you can target a location that you’re very familiar but that you are still some distance from, such as a friend or family member’s home. Notice little things that may have changed since your last visit there, such as books on the coffee table, a new plant or flowerpot, or children’s toys scattered on the floor. As soon as you can, call that person and ask him or her to confirm whether or not what you saw with your remote viewing is actually what was there. This type of reinforcement will show you that you really are capable of doing remote viewing, so it’s important that you do this.

You can also change these remote-viewing exercises so that you can get feedback much more quickly. Have a friend or family member sit in another room of your home, out of your line of sight. Ask him or her to repeat some simple motion, such as waving a hand, twirling a strand of hair, etc. sit quietly and use remote viewing to see if you can see the action being performed. When it’s done, ask whether or not your results were correct.

You may also find that once you’ve spent some time practicing remote viewing techniques, it’s much easier to get into a relaxed state than it has been previously. That’s because this is very much like the ‘trancelike’ state people can access when they are being hypnotized. Under hypnosis, you are still very much awake, but your body is very relaxed and you are much more easily able to tap into your subconscious mind.

Our psychic abilities are much more easily accessible via the sub-conscious, so the more you practice your remote viewing techniques, the better you’ll become.
