The Real Telepathy Test – Secrets Revealed
To measure an individuals psychic abilities there are numerous telepathy test available. However, there is an element of luck in many of these tests. But over a period of time and many trials, the results will show your telepathic abilities. And alleviate any guessing as to your ability.
A telepathy test is simply to test you for psychic ability and others were designed to measure the range of you ability and its strength.
It is best to keep in mind that all of the telepathic skill-set includes ESP, precognition, telepathy and clairvoyance. And developing one may lead to an increase in other powers of telepathy by default.
It’s possible to access your own sub-conscious using meditation and deep breathing exercises that help to open your mind and expand your focus. These exercises can often help you access more aspects of your psychic and telepathic skills and help to develop that part of your mind responsible for these skills.
Regardless the amount of your telepathic or psychic powers, at the moment, your telepathy skills and the strength range of your skills can be developed even further. It is, however, hard to know in what area you may need improvement. This can be accomplished with a telepathy test.
Solo Telepathy Test
The quickest solo telepathy test you can use is to try and predict who’s calling you whenever the telephone rings. If you’re using a cell phone with caller ID, don’t look at the screen. Take a moment to concentrate and think about who wants to talk to you.
Make a decisive guess and then answer the phone. Over the next several phone calls you receive, measure your results. This can give you an indication of your level of telepathic ability.
Many people have said they know who the caller is. Even before answering the phone. This is done unconsciously. You can learn to focus this ability consciously over a period of time.
A Quick Psychic Test
Sometimes it’s possible to test your psychic ability with a simple prop, like a coin. It’s important to find a quiet spot to sit before you begin the test. Be sure you won’t be interrupted or distracted by noisy TVs or sudden sounds.
Take a few moments to do some deep breathing exercises to help relax you and clear your mind. Then toss a coin into the air and try to predict whether heads or tails will come up. Measure your results over several attempts.
There is a 50/50 chance you will guess correctly and you could have psychic ability if the score is above the 50%. This ability can be developed further.
The Basic Telepathy Test
The simplest form of testing for telepathy are the cards. Two people would be needed to use the form of testing with psychic flash cards.
Choose a quiet location where you can both concentrate without interruptions and sit facing each other. One person needs to be the sender and the other will be the receiver. The person you’ve chosen to be the sender needs to send an image of the picture on the flash card without allowing the receiver to see the card directly.
This can take quite a bit of practice for the sender to focus and concentrate on the image they want the receiver to pick up.
The individual receiving needs to concentrate on any impressions they are seeing in their mind. No second guessing here. First impressions – just name the first image that comes into your head.
Record your responses over the entire pack of flash cards. Your results should take into account an element of luck, as there will be some responses that could be lucky guesses. However, a high incidence of correct answers could indicate a latent psychic ability that could be developed with a little patience.
But keeping in mind this is not always the best test to use for telepathy abilities. Because this other individual’s level of psychic ability may be weak and they may not send you strong images. The results may not be good because of this.
Here is An Intermediate Telepathy Test
Once it becomes noticeable that your results are improving with the basic test for telepathy, you should start to increase your range a little more. Conduct the basic telepathy flash cards and this would be the easiest. This time have the sender and receiver in separate room. Use a speaker phone or another device to verify images being received by the receiver.
Practice and some patients are needed again for this step. It’s more difficult at times to send images telepathically over distances and somewhat harder to pick up images with the possibility of distractions which interfere with your test results.
You can use any one of the many telepathy tests available to test for the presence of psychic abilities, practice and build the strength of your telepathic skills. Find a telepathy test that works well for you in your schedule and also one that you are most comfortable with.
How Do You Define Mental Telepathy?
Most people do not really understand the term ‘Mental telepathy‘. The definition of mental telepathy implies that two people are able to share their thoughts with each other without the intervention of the five senses. Nevertheless mental telepathy can involve a range of varied communication ranging from trying to watch somebody to trying to read someone’s mind. The science of telepathy has many facets to it which can range from utterly simple to highly evolved. The aim of this article is to delve into the various forms of mental telepathy
KINESICS COMMUNICATION:
Kinesics, or non-verbal communication, occurs whenever two people communicate without speaking, using their eyes, body language, and facial expressions instead. This can range from simple messages like ‘go away’ to entire conversations. Any parent who has tried to communicate something to their spouse that they don’t want their children to hear has experienced this. Non-verbal communication is achieved easiest and most accurately between people who know each other well—siblings, parents and children, husbands and wives, and close friends.
Most people do not regard this form of communication as mental telepathy since here communication is through senses and not just with sounds. Theoretically, this argument holds good. However, we cannot disregard the role of mental telepathy here. The very observation that this kind of non verbal communication is most effective in people who are intimate with each other or know each other well tells us that the minds of these people are more in synch with each other. However, skeptics may argue that this communication is merely effective because people who know each other well understand each other’s body language well or have previously developed a mode of non verbal communication.
EMPATHY
Empathy is the ability to recognize, perceive, or directly experience the emotions of others. Some people are very poor at this, and others are very good at this, being able to mentally ‘put themselves in another’s shoes’ and understand how they must be feeling. Empathy can be increased with training and practice. Actors, for example, are able to imitate the emotions of others, even to the point of being able to make themselves spontaneously laugh or cry.
Most people have experienced ’sympathetic pain’—feeling another person’s pain as if it were your own. For example, after witnessing someone close to you break their arm, you may experience an uncomfortable feeling or even an ache in your arm, even though you know it’s fine. Similarly, when someone close to you is experiencing an overwhelming emotion, such as joy, grief, or depression, you may feel an echo of the same emotion inside you. Finally, there is the phenomena of long distance empathy. In this case, a person suddenly knows—they FEEL it—that someone close to them is in danger, has been hurt, or is in pain, even though they are not near the person at the time.
Psychologists write off such empathetic phenomena as a simple trick of an overactive imagination. At the very least, they do have a point that other senses are being used. Would we be able to feel the sympathetic pain of a broken arm, for example, if we could not actually see the injury? This does not explain, however, the phenomena of long-distance empathy.
CONCRETE CONCEPTS:
There is another kind of telepathy which involves sending and receiving concrete symbols and objects between two people. Here advanced Mental telepathy is involved and it is a phenomena outside the five senses. This kind of mental telepathy involves a lot of training, concentration and practice. There is a receiver and a sender involved in this.
The simpler the concept, the easier it is to communicate through thought alone. For example, a color or shape may be easier to convey than an animal.
Experiments in telepathy are often conducted on this level. The Zener cards used in tests of mental telepathy are simple, concrete black-and-white symbols (a circle, square, star, plus sign, and three wavy lines). On one hand, skeptics and critics of the Zener cards have pointed out that with only five cards to choose from, even a random guess has a 20% chance of being right. On the other hand, one could argue that a shared, known, limited set of concrete symbols increases the ability of the sender and receiver to coordinate their thoughts. Furthermore, although anyone can get a 20% success rate with enough guesses, a success rate of 50% or higher (which have happened) can not be explained away by simple statistics.
ABSTRACT CONCEPTS:
This level of mental telepathy involves more advanced abstract concepts than shapes and colors. Here people communicate ideas, values and actions, which is quite tough the success rate is quite low. Telepaths seldom achieve this level and the ones who do are pretty rare.
Telepathy shouldn’t be ruled out when it comes to animals that seem to communicate ideas to each other through non-verbal actions. Because animal brains lack prefrontal lobes, telepathy would probably not go beyond simplistic ideas such as hunger or danger signals, but many have seen two dogs look at each other and go running for an almost pre-decided location.
While humans may have once been capable of telepathy, as the species evolved and developed language, it was no longer needed as a form of communication. With the right stimulation humans may be able to call upon this dormant ability that includes abstract communication of ideas. Mental telepathy could be used to communicate, without the need for the use of the five senses.
If enough people can develop these powers, theoretically all humans in the future could use mental telepathy to communicate, according to some scientific beliefs.
Is Telepathic Communication Real?
Can there really be any such thing as someone who is ‘telepathic‘? Most people would probably answer ‘only in some fantasy novel.’ But, look at all the things that people do today that once upon a time would have been ‘mere fantasy’: flying through the air; using the Internet to talk instantly to people thousands or millions of miles away; putting entire books on a hand-held device without needing any paper; and on and on.
Is has been said that a sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic. The human race has used science and technology to learn things about the natural world we never knew. We’ve done things that were considered impossible flights of fancy jut a hundred years ago. We’ve had men walk on the bottoms of the oceans and on the surface of the moon (and we did it with technology that, by today’s standards, seems primitive). We can gather energy from the sun, the wind, and the water. And anyone can have a small device in their pocket that allows them to talk to anyone anywhere in the world. But this isn’t magic, its science… right?
To believe an individual may be telepathic has been considered mysticism, which is another word for magic. And it really isn’t much of a stretch to believe in the possibility of a Telepathic person. An individual who developed these mental properties, is misunderstood by many people.
The scientific investigation of Telepathic people falls under the area of paraphysics or parapsychology. The people who investigate it, paraphysicists or parapsychologists, try hard to use experiments and the scientific method to answer questions about telepathy, whether or not they like the answers they find. Some experiments on people with Telepathic powers have produced tantalizing results. In order to consider something scientifically provable, however, the test results must be measurable, consistent, and repeatable. This is where the scientific investigation of telepathy falls short—the test results are inconsistent and can’t always be duplicated. Some say this proves people can’t really be Telepathic. Others say this only proves that we don’t understand how it works yet, and haven’t developed the proper tests to measure it. But how could humans really be Telepathic? How can people communicate without the use of their five senses, using only thought alone? The obvious answer is through some means that we can’t hear, see, smell, taste, or touch, but that exists nonetheless. On the one hand, humans can already do this artificially using communication technology—radio waves can’t be observed with our five senses, but they definitely exist. On the other hand, the human brain is not a radio tower.
Telepathic individuals and who are subjects of these experiments, produced results completely tantalizing and less than desired. Telepathy to be proven scientifically, must have results that are consistent, measurable and repeatable. However, scientific investigation have fallen short in regards to telepathy. The results have been inconsistent and not always able to be duplicated. Some opinions are that this proves individuals are not Telepathic. But to others it only proves we have lots to learn and a need for more advanced procedures to be developed for testing for telepathy.
How can a person be Telepathic? Without the use of other senses, telepaths use their minds and how can they do this? This is not understood completely and is one that doesn’t use the sense of taste, smell, hearing and touch. Nevertheless it does exists. Can this be done artificially? Radio waves are invisible and you can’t see, smell or touch them, but they are real. But then again, the human brain cannot be considered a radio tower.
Is this then possibly ‘thought waves?’ Scientifically proven to exist and generated by the brain and studies of telepathy are based on. Explaining this information in easier to understand terms will be a little difficult, so please stay with us.
The brain consists of biochemical neurons that transmit electro-chemical impulses between its many different synapses. And, since these are electro-chemical impulses, they do generate minuscule but real, and measurable, electrical currents. Of course, these currents also create tiny magnetic fields. Keep in mind that there are thousands upon thousands upon thousands of synapses firing in the brain every second.
Is it possible for these bio-electric and bio-magnetic fields to be used by humans to communicate? Are these waves just meaningless static or do they have content equivalent of the brain? Can these brain waves be controlled by mental training? Can the techniques of meditation be used to shape brain waves into communications of significance?
Another problem could be the relative weakness of the brain’s electromagnetic field. We have computers, cell phones, TV sets, stereos, and appliances all over the place today; and they all generate electromagnetic fields-stronger ones than the brain’s, meaning they might interfere with the brain’s transmission capacity.
There are, however, problems with the electrical and magnetic fields. Unfortunately these fields can be overpowered by everyday technology. For example the microwave, television, refrigerator. These everyday items produce much larger magnetic fields and electrical fields. Is it possible to reach the brains magnetic and electrical fields during an emotionally heightened state, fear, pain or shock? During these emotionally charged times, in the brain, a spiking of bio-magnetic and bio-electric activity is created by neuron synapses firing.
Researchers of parapsychology have documented brief Telepathic communications. One instance is a mothers knowing her child has been hurt, even though they are separated by many miles. This fear and anxiety the parent experiences creates the spiking of neurons and is this brain activity telepathically communicating? Does the relationship between two individuals contribute to telepathy? Or perhaps is this all just coincidence?
While mainstream science remains doubtful about telepathy because of the lack of consistent experimental results, this is a slowly changing attitude. As more research gets conducted, more researchers are convinced that telepathy must be real-and we just need to get the experiments right to understand it and be able to allow everyone to be trained one level or another as a telepath.
